Kericho Governor Dr Eric Mutai is facing a legal suit filed by a university student seeking Sh200,000 in child support.
The woman has also accused the governor of allegedly refusing to facilitate the registration of the child’s birth certificate by failing to provide his identification card.
The matter is now before the court, where the claims and the governor’s response will be considered through the legal process.
